As an experienced coach I draw on my own professional background of 25 years of headship in an outstanding school, working as a National Leader of Education. In my current role I offer coaching support to schools in Leicester City as a school improvement partner. I can help you evaluate your school or business, identify aspects for improvement, set goals and draw up an improvement plan and coach you or your staff for improved success.
